- Egerton University provides the Admission Letters for new first-year students during their admission time. In general, the KUCCPS selected government sponsored students for the admission at this university.
- Now it is the Egerton University responsibility for providing the admission letters for both Diploma and Self Sponsored students as well as government-sponsored students.
- There are two ways for a student to get their Admission letters. One was is online and another way is offline. In case of offline, the “Egerton University Admission Letters” can be collected from the various Faculties on reporting to the University.

- DO NOT visit to Uniplus Egerton University Student Portal
- firstyears.egerton.ac.ke is a separate portal for admission letters online.
- For KUCCPS Students use your KCSE index Number (1236547899/2017).
- For Diploma and Self Sponsored students to use the student number sent to you via SMS.
- Once you entered the KCSE index Number click on “Proceed Button”
- Finally Download and Print the Egerton University Admission Letters.
Please note: Enter a valid Index number. If you cannot download your admission letter it could be that you have not been admitted by us. Kindly check with the other universities.
